The customer must read the product description, instructions, warnings, assembly information, and maintenance recommendations.

2. Information included in product sheets

Where applicable, product sheets will indicate:

  • product identification;
  • product image;
  • main features;
  • materials;
  • dimensions;
  • weight;
  • assembly instructions;
  • safety warnings;
  • recommended maximum load;
  • need for wall fastening;
  • indoor or outdoor use;
  • manufacturer;
  • importer or responsible party in the European Union, if applicable.

3. Assembly

Some furniture requires assembly.

The customer must follow the instructions provided.

Incorrect assembly can affect the product's stability, safety, and durability.

4. Wall Fastening

Some tall, heavy, or potentially unstable furniture may require wall fastening.

When indicated, fastening must be done before use.

Failure to fasten furniture when required can pose a tipping risk.

5. Correct Use

The customer must use the product according to its intended purpose.

Damaged, unstable, overloaded, or incorrectly assembled furniture should not be used.

6. Children and Animals

Furniture should be used with special care in the presence of children or animals.

Children should be prevented from climbing on, hanging from, or using furniture improperly.
